| Description | It is a Multi-Language Messenger by using Java Programming Language. The implementation may use a peer-to-peer model, a client-server model or a mixture of both. The minimum acceptable implementation is two Java applications which can send and receive lines of text across a network connection as well as the deliverable details below.

4. A server based chat program which relays messages between clients
